This is a wonderful, upscale hotel in an absolutely fabulous part of town with easy walking to any of the major sites. Dozens of restaurants are also just steps away and the hotel itself boasts one of the cities most popular rooftop bars where hotel guests seem to get preferred seating. The train station is also only a few minutes taxi ride away!

Don’t stay on fourth floor as you will hear EVERYTHING above you at the restaurant all night long. Horrible sleep. The staff isn’t very friendly or helpful, no worries I booked things myself without their help. Don’t expect your laundry to return on time and when it doesn’t they offer no compensation. The cleaning staff didn’t clean simply made the bed never took out or changed full trash cans etc.

An excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring the treasures of Florence. Breakfast or aperitivo at the rooftop Angel restaurant bar is a must. Considering the central location, our room was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed and air con on. Moreover, all the staff were absolutely wonderful!

Perfect location. Rooms are updated and very nice. Lots of room and good lighting. The frond desk people were very nice and helpful. Only complaints the rooftop bar was reserved both nights for private party, so it was closed and we could not enjoy. Also the drain on the shower overflowed but they fixed it the next day.
