It was centrally located and very clean. The staff was amazing. They even contacted me about a necklace that was left behind in the room and offered to ship it home for me. The staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property was fantastic. They had valet parking which was super nice to not have to deal with downtown. It is so central to everything in downtown Florence and it was very nice to take quick breaks in the room and cool off. 10/10 would recommend and can’t speak highly enough about our experience!

Our room was beautiful and chic. Overall the hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The sister hotel where the Meze bar was amazing (Great Service from Bruno and the crew) and the Angel Rooftop restaurant was outstanding. We will definitely be staying there again during our next trip to Florence.
