This hotel is fantastic! Great breakfast - fresh coffee, orange juices and clean rooms. Always full stock and staff was A+.This location is right in the middle of everything within walking distances of Duomo, Puente Viecho, restaurants, and stores.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and its was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is amazing, it is SO central to everything from the train station to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the east building which is a separate building from the main building, it’s literally right next door to the main building, but it was fine because they actually upgraded our room. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and called taxis for us when needed. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around on foot. Superb stay at gorgeous historic hotel in Florence! Interior decor is fabulous, bed extremely comfortable, interesting modern art throughout the hotel. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Also incredible location steps away from Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I would 100% stay here again!

The room assigned to me was a real disappointment. It was completely dark, with a window that looked out onto a small, unlit courtyard, from which, among other things, strong kitchen odors were coming up. So in the evening I was going to sleep with the room smelling of fried food and cooking

The team were great, and Angelo was especially helpful. I loved the location, you can easily head out, explore, and walk back to the hotel within minutes to rest. As far as city-break hotels go, this was right up there. The hotel’s design is also excellent.

The rooftop was under construction and you heard hammering starting very early in the morning. There are no sheer blinds so if you opened the windows for light, people could see inside from the other building.
