Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is older and not modern. Breakfast was sufficient but little selection. Location close to shops and restaurants with a 10 minute walk to most attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well.

Overall nice hotel in Florence. Definitely wasn’t the most updated hotel we stayed at during our trip but the location was excellent. Most annoying was that the elevator doesn’t take you up to your room with your luggage so be prepared to carry it up. Had good wifi, great dining options nearby and bed was comfortable.
