Hotel Colomba is shut. Hotel. Com said was open.
Hotel Colomba has been shut since the covid-19 epidemic in March 2020 and never reopened. They haven't returned any of my many emails and cut off their phone lines. My reservation was the last week in August. Hotels. Com that I paid for the accomodation did not help me at all after many emails and phone calls were made by me to them. They promised relocation and everytime I called them after them telling me to, they kept saying till now, that they couldn't get in touch with their client, Hotel Colomba. I lost all my money. I did not cancelour accomodation , they canceled and ruined our trip. Very unprofessional for Hotel Colomba and Hotels. Com to take my hard earned money and ignore the common politeness of informing me with a free email their intensions of not giving me any accomodation. The irony of it all is that Hotels. Com sent emails just prior to us travelling for us to enjoy our stay at Hotel Colomba and now sent two emails for us to tell them about our stay that never happened because Hotel Colomba and Hotels. Com did not have any communication between themselves. They promised to help but left us stranded with no accomodation. Our trip was destroyed after weeks of emails and costly phone calls and untold stress to a closed Hotel Colomba and to Hotels. Com that are still giving me the runaround .
