This place was awesome. I got super sick and they helped me get a Dr, grabbed prescriptions, and made sure I was feeling better before I left. Very kind staff. They also, provided great recommendations, the bed was comfy, and it was a pleasant quiet place. Easily the best hotel I stayed out during my 2 week stay in Italy.

It's a reasonable walk to and from the train station so that is super convenient. The rooms are clean. Entirely adequate. It's a little ways away from the main centre but it is not too long a walk. If you enjoy walking and don't mind not being in the middle of everything this is a good place to stay. Water pressure is good. Beds are comfortable. Staff are spectacular.

The location was reasonably close to attractions and the train station which was very nice for us. You have to walk some, but it was not a problem (we travelled in October, so the temperature was not too hot). The staff was great and very helpful. Room was small but still comfortable for us.

We had a triple room and size was great for my husband, myself and son for one night, or two the other 3 nights. The showers do leak onto bathroom floor, and we needed to clean up water after most showers. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a good value, we did the breakfast one day for 7€ each and it was great. We couldn’t sleep with windows open, because it was too loud in the neighborhood.

-The good: Good bed. Air conditioning worked well. Nice windows. High ceiling. Elevator worked. -The not so good: No water glasses. No face cloths. Hallways scattered with sheets and other cleaning supplies. Too far from centre, farther than they say in Expedia. 7 EU breakfast not a good deal as it was minimalist. Very noisy with lots of banging and stomping at night and garbage pickup at 6 AM. Insufficient storage for clothing. No storage space in bathroom. Minimal decor.

The hotel is small but situated walking distance from the train station. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Several blocks away there are many places to dine including a mixture of restaurants. Lovely hotel!

Property was pretty decent overall. Only issue we had was that our shower was leaky. We placed a few towels outside of the shower door to soak up the leaking but it didn't help so instead we had to place a few towels on the inside to prevent leaking. The staff provided extra towels. Also, the soap dispenser was empty when we checked in but we just asked for a few bars of soap. IMO, the soap dispenser is something that should be checked when someone checks out.

Overall good stay! Close to major attractions and lots of good restaurants. Room was smaller than appeared in pictures- typical European style so that wasn’t a big deal for us. A/C was hardly working, so the nights were quite warm but otherwise a good stay!
