The location was excellent,just across the street from the train station and only a short walk to the city center. The breakfast service was good and the cleaning was well done too. The only downside we experienced was with the water and sewage. Every time the upstairs room used their washroom, we could hear the water running loudly through the pipes, which often woke us up at night. On top of that, the sewage smell was very strong and left our room with an unpleasant odor. Other than this issue, we were happy with everything else.

If you enjoy sleeping.. this isn’t the place. Got the apartment and there was pretty much no space at all in it and very crammed together. Metro was right outside so it was incredibly noisy all night long. Check in staff was nice but check out wasn’t the most pleasurable.

Staff was very kind. I’m leaving at 4:30 am for airport and it’s before their breakfast starts but he told me to stop at desk and they would have a to go breakfast for me. Amazing service !

I booked it for one night. The room is old-style, and the sheets are dirty—I had to use my own, luckily I brought one. Plus, when I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water—not even warm. But the front desk guy he was helpful

We were in Florence in July. It was extremely hot. Everything about this hotel was great. We had free access to water and juice everyday, 24 hours a day. Grab a cup or fill your own bottle. Hotel is across from the train station so expect noise.

Check in processwas good and information provided was great. About 5 minutes after getting into our room, we received a call from reception advising they gave us the wrong room. We were asked to go back t reception to get key to the correct room. Room was in level 4. About 10 minutes in the room the safety switch went off, this happened twice, I called reception to advise. They sent someone to come and check (twice he didn't know what to do or check for) he turned the TV on and 5 minutes later left the room. This happened about 4 times before I called reception again and asked for room change, he response was " I don’t know if we can as you booked a balcony room, I told him we can not stay in a room that had power/electricity issues, he then tld me to hold on and he hung up the phone". We had to go back to reception, the receptionist then went t speak to someone else, who came and spoke to us and told us they are arranging another room for us. The start of our stay was frustrating, however the rest of the stay was good. Reception staff always said hello when we walked past. Plenty of variety for breakfast and very close to the train station.
