Special thanks to Filippo for taking great care during our stay. The full breakfast was good, but I’ve never had pork and beans as a breakfast option! Lol! We had our coffee prepared fresh (thanks kitchen staff!) and free gelato was a bonus. Grazie Mille for your hospitality!

Staff were great! Location is unbeatable. We were near the reception which meant it was very noisy at times. Their is a very small lift to the hotel on the 4th floor which I wasn’t aware of when booking

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel and even paid extra for a Duomo view, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The room was very small, outdated, and had an unpleasant odor every time I walked in. The view was underwhelming, and overall, the experience didn’t feel like good value for the price. On a positive note, the location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, which was convenient. The staff were also friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, safety was a concern. I had early morning tours, and when I left around 6 AM, there was a person sleeping at the entrance of the hotel. It made me feel uneasy and detracted from the experience. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. While the location is great, it just wasn’t worth the cost or discomfort.
