Very welcoming staff. They were all nice and kind, sharing a lot of places to visit. Cleaning was done every day. The bus stop was near the property which makes it much easier to roam around central florence. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this place.

Peut mieux faire

Situé loin de la gare à 30 minutes en bus dans un cartier agréable avec une jolie terrasse qui donne une vue sur le lac. Il faut prévoir 20 à 25 minutes de marche pour trouver une épicerie. On à du changer de chambre parce que la notre n’avait pas de volets ni de rideaux opaques si vous voulez l’obscurité pour dormir oubliez ça. La 2 eme chambre était très petite aucun espace pour circuler, salle de bain minuscule avec la porte qui s’ouvre à l’intérieur bloquant carrément la douche une personne à la fois La climatisation horrible il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Les murs ont besoin d’un peu de fraîcheur avec une bonne peinture. Un des gros avantage: le frigidaire réfrigère super bien. Il y a même une section congélateur. En été c’est important. Personnel très gentils.

Hotel charmant, les hôtes sont exceptionellement accueillants, à l'ecoute de nos besoins, nous présentent la ville et la façon d'utiliser les transports en commun dès notre arrivée. La chambre est propre, mais a besoin d'amour. La douce est très petite, mais refaite à neuf. La peinture aurait serieusement besoin d'une nouvelle couche. La climatisation ne fournit pas bien qie la chaleur ne soit pas excessive. On a ouvert les fenêtres, c'etait plus efficace! Belle petite terrasse avec vue sur l'Arno.

The property is nice, but the air conditioning unit didn’t emit cold air very well. Sunday was not a good day to arrive, not much was open and the staff wasn’t able to tell us where to go for food.

Felt. Desk manager was super friendly and helpful. The room was dated, but probably fine if not mid-summer. Our stay was basically ruined by the AC, which was present, not being able to cool the room, even at night.
