Best boutique hotel I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot!!). The cleanliness was top and the staff very helpful. Location is fantastic. Definitely a hotel to return to. Highly recommend for family trips.

This hotel was recently renovated. It is very clean, spacious with modern amenities. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable in providing recommendations for activities and restaurants. Special thanks to Chessly, Ilaria, Robert and Roberta! Excellent service from the staff. Many sights are within walking distance and close to Termini station. Breakfast had a great variety of items to choose from. Croissants, pastries, bread, cheese, meats, eggs, yogurt, fruits and more. Coffee from the machine was good. Would definitely stay here again when in Florence!

Great location but difficult check in
We enjoyed our stay here. It was in the center of town and near the Duomo. It was difficult to find though. The apartment management reached out to me prior through the Hotel.com app and asked for a specific time of arrival so that someone could be there to meet us to check us in. No one met with us face to face. They also didn’t tell me they would be trying to contact us through WhatsApp. I was trying to reach them through the Hotel app and getting no response. Meanwhile, someone was trying to get in touch with WhatsApp, which I did not have on my phone. Thankfully my brother-in-law was also checking in and in contact with whoever. They kept saying they were trying to call, but I received no call. Then they said if we didn’t check in before a certain time, they would charge a fee but no one was there to check us in. They wanted me to send photos of all of our passports to complete check in. I had to download WhatsApp first. It became a very stressful situation. Someone came to the apartment while we were gone to pick up the tourist tax though. Then, the next day, 3 of us got stuck in the elevator. It was very hot in the elevator. When we pushed the button, we couldn’t hear who was on the other end because the speaker is outside the elevator! I contacted the property manager who was able to get someone to unlock the elevator door. Thankfully it took less than 30 minutes and the elevator was close enough to the first floor to get out. The location made up for the hassle

Our plans changed and I had attempted to cancel our reservation, but due to policy, a refund was not permitted. I have to admit, I'm actually glad they did NOT cancel our reservation. This was one of the BEST hotels we stayed in Europe (14 day trip from London to Italy) and the staff was AMAZING. Perfect location, beautiful building and great conversation. Despite being a boutique hotel they have a fully stocked bar, which was great for an evening glass of wine (or cocktail). I’d highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

Great hotel in a good location
We enjoyed our stay here, the only problem was our room was next to the kitchen and it was very noisy early in the morning other than that we cannot fault the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the hotel was in a good position for the station and walking to the tourist sites of Florence.

This hotel gets 11 stars out of 10 - one of the best I’ve stayed at. Not only do you have a phenomenal air conditioning unit in Firenze but you also have a great shower, nice balcony, comfortable pillows, and an even more comfortable bed. Everything you need is within walking distance and it’s a 5 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent and the staff were incredibly polite and respectful. If you’re staying in the area - I absolutely recommend staying at Flom Botique.
