This is well appointed hotel in Florence on The Santa Maria Novella Piazza-so convenient to train station, restaurants and all attractions. We loved the service, high quality of the rooms with special touches such as bathrobes and huge towels in a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic in a beautiful room with huge windows allowing a beautiful view of Florence. All staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the superior apartment in the annex building. At first we were disappointed to learn this is nowhere near the main hotel but in the end we loved it. It’s in a great area, right next to the Ponte Vecchio and easily walkable to lots of attractions. The apartment itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and has everything you could need, including an amazing patio with a fantastic view! We would hands down stay again. You can also eat at the hotel or their partner hotels for breakfast. We are at the main hotel and the breakfast was top notch. Don’t hesitate with this property, it’s well worth it and all the staff very friendly.

This was one of my favorite properties I've ever stayed at. I think it's in an excellent location in the city and then the amenities and service shine once inside.
