Hotel Paris was beautiful and very well equipped for a building over 1,000 years old. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional, from check in to check out. The hotel was centrally located and easily walkable to major museums, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Florence experience..

Old, beautiful hotel with extremely friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Amazing location if you’re looking for convenience for walkability to most tourist spots. Single rooms are very small but that was fine with me since I didn’t come to Firenze to sit in my room :)

It’s a centuries old villa that’s been converted to hotel. Very convenient to key sights. Breakfast room has ceiling fresco that’s several centuries old. Has very good and reasonably priced breakfast. It’s a bit dated but very reasonably priced for travelers on a sightseeing trip to Florence, which can get expensive. Rooms are comfortable; some are weirdly configured since fitted into original villa. Service is very good. Good place to stay if you like traditional European hotels.

Whilst the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and well appointed, the room was extremely basic and exposed to excessive outside noise. While this is not the fault of the hotel the room was advertised as having sound proof windows which was one of the reasons we booked it. There is no sign of any attempt to soundproof the windows. You will not sleep before 11pm when the restaurants close. The room was a superior category however was far from superior. It lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any glasses, cups etc.

We had a wonderful stay there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to walk to the major sites we wanted to see. We had a suite room and it was very spacious. Transportation to and from the hotel was easy as well. I recommend this hotel.
