We had a great stay at hotel Pendini. The location was excellent, and the two bedroom suite was spacious and worked well for us. The property has a lot of charm. We removed one star because the hallways of the hotel have an unbearable smell that isn’t in the rooms.

Nice hotel but noisy

Nice little hotel in the heart of Florence but it was very noisy outside, loud music played until 1am so we needed ear plugs

This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is outstanding. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they are a good size and very clean. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Staff and service was great. I would absolutely stay here again. It would be hard to find better value.

Lovely hotel, terrible pillows

Everything was great, the breakfast was wonderful. However, the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were terrible (very flat). I ended up with a crick in my neck that lasted a week beyond our stay.

Good location.

Good central location for getting around Florence. Breakfast was ok but nothing to rave about. Front desk staff were not overly friendly and didn’t make any effort to make your visit a memorable one. Good choice if it’s important to have a central location.

Fantastic Florence location

Location could not be better. It was close to everything. Rooms are very clean and well laid out. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful when we had an issue with our room. Access does involve a few steps to get to the elevator so large/heavy cases can be difficult to get in and out of the hotel. It is an old building, so be prepared. The rooms are all updated though so well worth it.
