Mario and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were helped from the minute we stepped into the doors of the lobby till we checked out 8 days later. We really liked the location; it was quieter and less hectic but still close to all the main sites. The staff were lovely and friendly. The concierge sat down with us when we arrived with a map and showed us where the main attractions and several family style restaurants. I loved this property, it was only my husband and myself, the room we had was not kid friendly but I’m sure they have good accommodations for families. This was close to everything our room was in another building but it was right near the hotel office. I would definitely go back to Florence and would stay here again.
