Great place in Florence

This hotel was a great place to stay in Florence. We had a family of four with two older teens aged 16 and 17. They gave us a room with 4 twin beds which was helpful so we didn’t have to share beds with the kids. The hotel was convenient to seeing the sites. It is on the city train route so you hear the train arrive but I wouldn’t say that takes away from the place at all. The bathroom was one of the best we had in Italy. It had a good shower, a jet tub, two separate sink areas, and the kids loved the cool blue LED lights in the bathroom. This facility is attached to a gym that you can get 24 hour access to for a fee. Kids under 18 have to have an adult with them to use the gym. The pool is very small just for sitting in. It was nice to cool off in and there is bar service at the pool during the middle of the day. The morning breakfast is available for a fee and offers lots of great choices. If you are tired the same eating area offers a restaurant which was good. The restaurant has a nice shaded deck. There is a single coin operated washer and dryer on one floor if needed.

IQ Hotel Firenze exceeded all expectations! Early check in - luggage storage. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Florence’s main attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful staff made check-in and every interaction a pleasure. Our room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. We loved the included mini bar, daily replenished, and the top-notch amenities like the gym, and spa area. IQ Firenze combines style, comfort, and service in the heart of the city—absolutely recommend!

The hotel is amazing. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The food was wonderful and the pool was fun, surround sound music at the pool area was a bonus. Shout out to the food and beverage manager, Daniele. He was really pleasant to talk to, had a lot of local information to share and makes wonderful salad! I would highly recommend this hotel. It was my favorite while I was staying in Florence.

After a long day of travel, it was nice getting to relax when we got to the hotel. We got a room with a balcony so we got to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Everything was modern and clean. The rainfall showerhead was amazing. Loved the breakfast and the spa. Great experience!
