Great hotel, close enough to the action but far enough away to get away from it after a long day in the city. Great room and balcony. All freshly remodeled and well maintained. My only complaint was the hours of the spa and pool, really didn't get a chance to use either because we were out early and home late. Other than that we had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Great hotel!

The room looked a little bare and business like when we arrived - but the bathroom and general cleanliness/comfort of the room more than made up for it. Without exception, the staff were kind, friendly and efficient - especially Francesco in the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was also good; prompt service and very tasty. The hotel is approx 10mins walk from the Duomo complex so for us, it was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at IQ hotel in Florence. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with all the comforts I could have hoped for. The location was perfect—close enough to walk to the main attractions like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety and a great Italian touch. What really stood out was the level of service. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It made my trip to Florence truly special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. I can’t wait to return! The restaurant has left the great impression on us. The food was so fresh and so welcoming Valentina was an amazing host and server from the pool bar to the restaurant in the morning. She was great.

The hotel is very new so the rooms and common areas are in excellent condition. The rooms have more spsce than typical European hotels, and there are comfortable seating areas near the lobby. One unexpected perk is that they provide a complimentary mini fridge with water and light snacks, and it was replenished every day without fail. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning up the room each day. Only had one irritation at the hotel. I always carry a card in my travel bag that I can use for hotels where they need a room key card to operate the lights. The first day that housekeeping cleaned the room, they took my personal card out and must’ve thrown it away. Fortunately, it was a transit card with no money on it so losing it wasn’t a big deal, but why would they take it?? Overall it’s a really good hotel within about 15 minutes (walking) of the Duomo and other tourist areas.
