We had a really lovely stay. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made a great first impression. Communication before check-in was well-intended and resposive, but as we were arriving late, we had to download an app to access the property. It worked fine, but wasn’t the most intuitive process - I’d have preferred a key, which was available when staff were around.
The hotel itself is small, brand new, and absolutely spotless. The beds were really comfy, and as Expedia VIP guests, we were treated to a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed!
We spent time by the pool, which felt quite exclusive and peaceful - a real bonus. The only slight downside was the air con, which seemed a bit weak. We didn’t really ask about it as we were out late most nights.
It’s about a 20-minute walk into town, which we didn’t mind at all - nice to stretch the legs and explore a bit.
All in all, a fab stay and we’d definitely come back.
