Location was perfect, rooms very spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and recommended some beautiful restaurants. Only problem we had was there was only 1 plug socket, could of done with atleast 2 and the electricity went off one night so woke up to dead phones. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The location of this hotel is great. It is close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel service is excellent. Every day, the staff leave the room clean with new towels and sheets. It has the basic needs. Do not expect a spa or a pool.

Great, affordable, safe and clean place to stay!

Check in is a little bit confusing, just need clear indication at the entrance of building that you need to take the elevator to A level to check in, other than that, ladies at reception are polite, helpful and friendly! Building is clean and safe, room is roomy and clean and location couldn’t be better! Right in the center of town, walkable everywhere and stores and restaurants even laundromats at a short walking distance. Breakfast service is provided at a restaurant short walk from the hotel, simple but good options provided to fill your stomach and prepare for a day of sightseeing. I Would definitely stay here again!

Steps away from the Duomo. Everything is 10-15 walk from the hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were big, but a bit outdated.

It is close to the duomo but at night, it gets noisy due to the music or the trucks coming to pick up trash. Also, you need to walk about 3 minutes to have breakfast although no problem with us. Staff were great and helpful. Bathroom is small and the drain in the shower area doesn’t work well and we had to keep turning off the water when we showered or else it would flood the floor.

Great location right next to the Duomo, we had a spacious family room. It's located in an older building with a small lift but worked well for us. Breakfast was in a restaurant close by which was very nice.

Location was perfect, near everything. No 24 hr front desk. Our room for 4 was very spacious. The property was getting renovations done and was noisy in the morning. Another problem is that the glass front door slams at all time and at night is annoying and loud. Difficult to sleep if you are in the first rooms. The staff is super friendly.

Poor air-conditioning

Upon arrival we were greeted by two very pleasant associates. We checked in. As soon as we got there, we tried to turn the air conditioning to be cooler. It was not working. One of the young ladies came to our room and tried adjusting it. We spent a very uncomfortable night the first night. I returned to the office on the morning of June 11 and complained that the room was not cooling. The second room that my son-in-law, grandchildren, and daughter were in was absolutely fine. I was told on June 11 that the housekeeping staff had reported water on the floor and our unit was not working correctly. She at that time said she would contact the manager. At that time we were given a fan and some sort of cooling unit that was dirty. At 11:30 PM the second night we were trying to cool down the room with the fans and clean the cooling unit that was provided. The next morning we met with the manager and she was Very unpleasant. She tried to tell us that the rooms were absolutely fine and that the air conditioning is an older unit, and we are just not used to having the room as cool as we would like. I knew that she was being dishonest, because the workers the day before told us that the unit was not working and that they had called someone and they had not showed up. The second room that my son-in-law, daughter, and grandchildren were in, was absolutely fine and cooled perfectly. I feel that she rude and inconsiderate, We were moved to another room. Emailed hotel to no avail.

Had a great time here, less then a block to el Duomo Close to much of Florence downtown No laundry services on site which is not what it said on Expedia Very friendly staff Overall would recommend!!
