I stayed there for two night with my son. The location was perfect. So close to everything and lots of dining options. Our beds were comfortable but the pillows were terribly flat. I must have overlooked that we had to share one bathroom per floor with about 4-5 other rooms, which was quite inconvenient if you were up in the night. We did have a shower and sink of our own, which if I was traveling with my husband and not my son would have been ok. Overall it was a good place to sleep.

Clean room, staff is very good, the bed in the room was good. The private bathroom is very tiny and narrow: you ca not bend over to wash your face or wipe yourself :). Tiny TV on the wall.My room was located next to the common bathroom: heard every sound of slapping door.

The location was good, walkable to Duomo, tours, etc. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was so tiny it was difficult to maneuver in. There is often no staff at the desk. We had no hot water one day, and the staff was unapologetic and didn't seem to even understand why that would be a problem. TO access the rooms, there are many stairs to climb without railings and the lighting is not very good. We saw several elderly people struggling to climb the stairs. There is an elevator, but it's not usable by hotel guests (permanent residents only). Definitely not 8/10 as rated on Expedia!

I could feel the mattress springs poking into my body. I left after the 1st night and paid a 2nd time to stay in a proper hotel. There is no elevator. I had to carry my heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs. There are portions of the stairway that are not lighted and therefore very dark and unsafe. There was 7 inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. The people were polite and nice.

The hotel was very clean and neat, our first time using the shared bathroom but honestly was not that bad at all, there are multiple bathrooms you can use in the building . Very close to everything.

Hotel Loggia was very clean and quiet. You do have to walk some stairs to get to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again

This property while well located also has some notables. Mainly to access the rooms you must go up 2 long staircases the elevator is not for the use of hotel guests. Also the bathroom is so small that you can take a shower while sitting in the toilet. That washroom not being in the room also present an issue if you need to use the washroom during the night. Once you are aware of these issues then the hotel is ok. Well located you can walk everywhere

I like the quiteness of the hotel. I love the very easy check-in guide sent to me. I was able to check-in when the receptionist was not there. The baggage area is also very safe, I kept my bags there for few hours after check-out. Nice receptionists. Overall its very neat and very OK for that pocket-friendly price. I will definitely come back when next I need a place to stay in Florence.

Do not sty there! Nightmare! No parking- dirty city, center looked horrible and the hotel is old and dirty.. slept 5 h felt like I got live.. we had no choice as was a last minute booking but regret it wished we didn’t go.
