Beautiful room however cautions.

Trying to find the hotel was difficult. Didn’t expect 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Even booking the best suite of the hotel we only had 2 outlets we could plug into and only can use them when in the room. AC was also only on when in the room. The suite is gorgeous but not for anyone tall!! For the price I don’t expect to have so many limits. Breakfast is meager.

Food options - lots of choices, good location, walkable. Bed comfort - great, bigger than other places that we stayed within Europe, love the space... Owner/Staff is helpful and nice.. Helped me to carry my suitcase as I twisted my ankle and cannot walked up to the 4/F with my baggage. Breakfast is good too.. Thanks..

The location of the guesthouse was outstanding, 5 minute stroll to Il Duomo square. The ‘London’ room with its high ceilings was very well adorned, spotlessly clean and benefitting from much needed nearly new air conditioning. The continental breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice and espresso coffee was more than adequate. We would happily stay here again. Mid-40’s couple, no children with us.

Great place to stay to enjoy the sites of Florence

Arrived to Meet my daughter after she finish a study abroad program. Found the hotel extremely accommodating and close to enjoy all the beautiful sites of Florence!

Our experience with N4U was definitely outstanding. First of all, after our terrible theft experience that we went through at the Florence train station, Rafaele and Giovanna provided us with a room that seemed to be created by Michelangelo. It just took our breath away. The room was very spacious for four of us. The painting at the ceiling must have been painted by Michelangelo. Aside from the painting, the room amenities were fantastic. Our room had one master bed and two day beds. The bathroom had an enclosed shower and had 2 types of shower head(sprayer and ceiling mounted). Free wifi and breakfast every morning. There were several security doors to enter to be able to access our room so security was great. The place gave us the modern Renaissance vibe. The only thing that's probably would be a downside for other people, which was not at all for us, was the lack of elevator. There were about 3 flights of stairs to get to the rooms but that did not bother us at all. All in all, our stay at N4U was just magnificent! We will stay again the next time we're at Florence, Italy. We highly recommend the place. Thank you Rafaele and Giovanna!

We enjoyed our stay at N4U Guest House in Florence last week. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. However just a heads up that the room temp is a bit high even with it being set at 18(the lowest it'd go). N4U is also located in the heart of the Historic Center, so you are a 5-10 minute distance from everything, the Cathedral de Santa Maria de Fiore, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, countless more museums and sorrounded by all types of restaurants at all price points. This place is for all travellers who don't mind skipping the elevator and walking up the stairs. Since the Guest House is located on the 4th floor (#3) and there isn't an elevator, prepare for quite a walk up the stairs. Breakfast is also included which we liked and there was a good variety of options to choose from. The staff is also very friendly, and welcoming, and even let us keep our baggage at N4U after check out for more sight seeing. The only thing we were a bit wierded out by was that we left our room early in the morning to go see Michaelango's David at the museum at 8am the day of check out and were back at the Guest House at 9:20 a.m. When we opened the front door to the Guest House we saw the hotel manager coming out of our room. He laughed and we were caught of guard, and then reminded us breakfast and check out was until 10. We laughed and didn't say anything but we found it wierd he was peeking in or coming out of our room without an explanation.

This was the first time we stayed in aguest house and it did not dissapoint. Everything was well organised, clea , friendly, helpful and overall great experinece. I can not recommend this property enough.

my most favorite hotel room on this trip! steps from the Duomo, but in the room you'd never know - it was quiet and serene. The room itself was huge and gorgeous, with brick ceiling that had curved eaves. a soaking tub on a stone platform was a special treat. beware - it is up 3 floors with no elevator, but was worth it to us

Great hosts, perfect location. Felt very central to everything and only 10-15 minute walk from the tram which takes you direct from the airport. The room it’s self was perfect with a nice continental breakfast in the morning and rooms cleaned daily.
