Wonderful stay
Excellent central location,walked to everything. Daniella and her staff are warm and welcoming. We truly felt like guests in her home, very helpful with restaurant reservations, spacious room and lovely breakfast. Know there are some stairs in the palazzo to negotiate to get to room, if you have mobility issues. Overall such a unique and wonderful place.

The Hotel Tolomei was an unforgettable experience. It really was a Palace! When we arrived Danielli (the owner) welcomed us as if we were Family. The rooms were magnificent but welcoming. The frescos on the ceilings were original, the furnishings an eclectic blend and very comfortable. During our stay the whole staff treated us very warmly and were always happy to help us in every aspect of our stay in Florence. I would encourage anyone to go to Florence - even if it just to stay in this magical Palace.

I barely have words to tell you what a wonderful place this is. Daniella, the owner, made us feel so at home and cooked us the most amazing breakfast every morning. This was the best place to stay in order to capture the true spirit of the city! It is situated in the heart of the city and just a short walk from many of the major attractions. What makes Palazzo Tolomei exceptional is the staff! The team prepare an amazing traditional breakfast each morning and provide reception in the evening with traditional drinks like sambuca and limoncello and chocolates! The ceilings contain frescoes and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. This will be my Florentine home whenever I visit in the future.
