I stayed 2 nights here in January. Booked a private room.Solo travelling. The hostel has a good breakfast , a variety of hot a cold choices including cakes. Has a restaurant on site - handy after a long travelling day. Good value but limited choices. The communal area with kettle/ microwave/ fridge is so handy. Room and bathroom was clean.Fluffy towels, toiletries provided and daily room cleaning. There was a sauna, swimming pool , small gym but I can't comment on those as didn't use them. Soundproofing could be better. I could hear next room sometimes. Also , I was on the 5th floor ,on the same floor as the roof terrace. It was a bit noisy on one of the night and this is in cold January. I think the noise level could be far worse in warmer months when more people sit out there. Avoid 5th floor if you value your sleep. Overall, I would stay here again but would avoid rooms near the roof terrace.

15 min walk from station and city centre. Lots of amenities and facilities for a hostel/hotel. One of the most expansive breakfast options I’ve ever seen in a buffet, it was excellent. Room was quite hot and bathroom small but nothing to spoil the stay.

Had a great time here, the bedding is very clean and the room was well ventilated. Had a very comfortable stay here. Walking distance to Florence central station. Met a few good friends for dinner which is nice.

Nice hostel, location is a walk away from the centre. Very good restaurants nearby. The building is old, so pipes make noise and the lift is very dodgy. The indoor pool and sauna area is very nice for the price. Had a bad experience with a very rude man at the reception, but other staff were very nice. Rooms were nice but not a lot of privacy, as there are no curtains in beds. Met loads of lovely people.

It's ok for one night

It was ok. Check in was easy, the bed was comfortable. However, no soap in the toilet or shower in the room. The toilet was dirty and flooded with water. Most annoying was that I had to keep my keycard in the holder next to the door to have electricity in the room. I wasn't aware of it until it all went dark while I was showering as the other guest in the room left and took his key. Trying to find my way wet and naked in the dark was not my favourite experience. It also meant I couldn't charge my phone throughout the night since I kept my keycard with me so had no electricity. Strange setup. Location is great though.
