When we pulled into the lot, the place was dirty, we felt unsafe and I believe people are living here weekly, monthly…. We did not stay here. I lost the money I had paid but was worth it not to worry about my family’s safety
We arrived and were checkied in immediately. It was noisy all nigjt, room was dirty, no hot water, no breakfst, barely had coffee. Was not worth the money spend. More like a 30.00 room at best

Room had cockroaches. AC was on its last leg and barely worked. Bathroom was full of mold. The first room we checked into the beds were slept in so we asked to switch.
We rented a habdicapped suite. Bed is 4 feet off the ground. Handicapped person slept in chair all night. Whole room has to be ada accomodating. We want our money back and also for june 21 when we tried to cancel and they would not let us do so.
The 1st room had holes in wall and comforter. Phone didn’t work in room. When I went back to ask for another room and explained the reason for wanting another room and the clerk stated the comforter is going to have holes because it was a smoking room. Then it seemed like people lived there! I never saw the so called breakfast…Saturday there was only coffee & cereal and Sunday was the same but I did see a couple of pieces of toast. Will never stay at a Red Roof Hotel AGAIN. They have went down tremendously!!! You guys may want to take them off your site because they are making you guys look bad for the quality of hotels you offer
Location was great near gas/food. The room was spacious. The toilet was very small and low to the floor. The TV remote didn’t work. The floors were filthy.

The room had blood on the floor. There was mold next to the bed on the wall. The front desk lady was sitting on a chair and watching tv on her phone and never acknowledged that I was standing there. The only good thing was the lady when we checked in the night before she was nice other than that don’t do it
The only reason i have this one star instead of zero is the front desk cleak was bery nice. Let me say this...COCKROACHES...EVERYWHERE. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Room was very old and that normally wouldnt bother me but added to the roaches, sticky floors and holes in the bathroom baseboards, this place is a hard pass!

Went to Dillon motor speedway for the Shriners 300 it was a good place to get cool andhave a shower and sleep they did have breakfast the clerk this morning was very sweet and got my son some juice and made more coffee for me

Checked in at 8:30 in first room. Light switch in the bathroom inoperable known by staff. Moved to 2nd room and key would not open door. 3rd room key inoperable for door. FOURTH ROOM key worked but NO SHOWER CURTAIN. Staff handed me a shower curtain for me to install. Dirty undergarments in the parking lot. Empty beer bottles and cans in the parking lot. Trash cans were over flowing. No toilet paper in the room. Front desk person was wearing nylon sport shorts and a t shirt. Very unprofessional. I would rate property as a negative 2 out of 10. Refused to refund my money so I could go to another hotel
