Great location, excellent staff

My mother and I had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so helpful and kind. The sites are all within walking distance, and there were tons of excellent restaurants nearby. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is great. The room is quiet. The staffs are friendly. However, the elevator is tiny and slow. The toilet and sink in the bathroom are way too high. There is no bidet in the bathroom. Even so, its price is very reasonable for its location. If I ever visit Florence again, I might consider booking this hotel again.

Location was fantastic, very central. Dated property needs a refit, but if you like 70/80s very retro! Could be absolutely fantastic. Lobby/lift/rooms all very detached within this cavernous space. Lovely staff, breakfast ok but not a lot of cooked options (it was December)
