The location is excellent and within walking distance of all major attractions. Staff and breakfast was excellent, they prepared and packed breakfast for us on two mornings when we had to leave early for day trip and for early flight. The only thing is entrance is a bit tucked away which is actually good. Felt like luxury rooms and bathrooms to us. Now if you are used to Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons this is still a 4 star tailored hotel (not a 5 star) and for us the service was 5 star!!

We had an unforgettable stay at Relais Uffizi! The room was beautiful, very comfortable bed and linens. The most important part amazing air conditioning. We love our AC and it’s cold! The breakfast was really good, with a beautiful view of the square. Very walkable area close to everything. The people here are top notch very good customer service. Thank you!

This was an absolute hidden gem. The young woman who checked us in was so welcoming, she was the star of an exceptional staff. While hidden down an alley, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean & beautiful, Our new favorite place in Florence!

We had stayed at the Relais Uffizi before, some years ago and wanted to return for a further visit to Firenze. In particular we liked the location, and being able to look out over the Plaza Signoria from the breakfast room. Service by the waiters in the dining room was first class and the breakfast's excellent and healthy. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We had a very large walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommended.

Property is centrally located and very close to the Roma termini station. It is walkable to most attractions. The room was updated and comfortable. However, the building itself could use some updates as the floors and walls had a lot of blemishes, and the windows could not close entirely allowing more noise at night. Overall, we do recommend this property as the experience was pleasant.

This was a great hotel in a great location. Short walks to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, etc. There was a wine window right outside the hotel. The only thing is the hotel had air conditioning but we couldnt use it in April. It was warm for us and we had to open the windows to cool off our room, which is normally fine but, mosquitoes kept coming in and I ended up with at least 10 bites over a few days. So uncomfortable. The room itself was great, comfortable bed, nice shower, very clean..

Great for my family of four with ample space and the location is super convenient to walk the city. Only downside was that WiFi wasn’t reliable but perhaps that’s a challenge anywhere because everything is made of thick stone walls.

Charming boutique hotel. Ample-sized bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was above expectations, and if you’re lucky you’ll get a table with a view of the Piazza della Signora. Would absolutely stay here again.

WOW! What a wonderful staff we encountered at Relais Uffizi, Taylor made Hotel. I was sick with food poisoning when we arrived early on our checkin day. Dahlia & Lorenzo were phenomenal in helping set us up in the lounge until our room was ready, provided me with soothing beverages and were quite attentive. Once our room was ready, we settled into the beautiful black & white decorated suite as an upgrade. Needless to say I slept most of the afternoon, and the staff checked on me several times through the evening. The hotel is incredibly clean, well decorated, and the breakfast each morning was very tasty! Lorenzo is the pastry chef, and Gina was out server most mornings. Both with wonderful customer service skills. The property does have a lift/elevator, and it was much appreciated. The entire staff, from the front desk, kitchen & cleaning crew were wonderful! The Relais Uffizi was the best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Italy, not only for the perfect property location on the piazza by the Uffizi, but because of the staff. A /5 star rating. We will absolutely return for our next trip to Florence!!
