Excellent experience, my name is Paolo and I must say my stay was excellent. I’ve travelled to many hotels over the years in Italy and I must say you pay for what you get. I stayed with my wife and 4 nights and the experience was very good from the warm welcome we received from Mirko upon our arrival and offered us some water straight away. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and not to mention Antonello who managed the breakfast area he was so attentive to our needs and was fun to speak with he is a treasure. The bathroom and room was excellent, Luxourious linens, high thread count, great pillows, clean, spacious, air condition worked perfectly. only improvement I would recommend would be to have more selections of tv channels even though we didn’t watch much tv. This is a perfect location, very busy, walking distance to everywhere, can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Location is perfect!
First. The staff was amazing and so kind. Top notch and made our stay even better. Second. The location of the hotel was perfect. Perfectly located walkable to everything you want to see in Florence. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The Doumo was 3 mins away. All the luxury shopping was a stone throws a way. The hotel is above Gucci. Third. The hotel room is so Italian and so quaint. It has everything we needed. We weren’t in there much. It was comfortable and adorable. This hotel is great. We highly recommended it and would stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel Experience
Our stay at Room Mate Isabella made our trip to Florence better. The location is perfect. Within 10 minutes walking distance to all the major sites (Uffizi, Duomo, Central Market, Train station). There are many food and shopping options as soon as you step out. The property is unique looking in its decor. The rooms are large in square footage. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. The service was great. Everyone we interacted with was eager to help and answer questions. Our favorite person was Antonello who was in the breakfast room area and was very attentive to guests. We are definitely booking our next stay in Florence at this hotel.
