It’s a modern, well designed hotel with a friendly staff, great atmosphere and a perfect location. Our room had a wonderful view of Florence and there were several nice restaurants within easy walking distance. We are definitely coming back to Florence and we will stay at the Ruby Bea again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The bar is open 24 hours a day and also serves amazing cocktails and food. The room was quiet and the balcony has a nice view of the Piazza. Unfortunately some ants were coming in from the balcony but otherwise the stay was perfect. Will stay here again!

This was by far, one of the best Hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff working the bar/front desk all were exceptionally friendly and Helpful, Marco & Eda stood out with their genuine kindness. Love our stay at Ruby Bea! Terrific from start to end, greeted by the nicest front desk staff, beautiful hotel, great and comfortable room, and loved the breakfast spread each morning! Well located walking distance near NYU Florence and its off-campus dorms, as well as Ponte Vecchio/Uffizi Gallery areas. Would stay here again!

Loved this hotel. Great rooms and really cool vibe about the place. If arriving in Florence by train just catch the T2 tram to get to the hotel. We walked and it was a bit of a hike in the heat, but more than manageable.

Our first time at this hotel. From the check-in to the check out we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful at all times and took time to get to know us, especially Marco. The room was very spacious and clean with a view of the piazza. Loved the “vibe” in the bar area which was also used for breakfast, which was plentiful and varied. Only small point was that the water in the Galley could have been colder and the vending machine fixed Overall had a great time at this hotel and would definitely come back.

Fui en familia, nos encantó todo. El hotel tiene un concepto moderno y cuidan los detalles en todo a su alrededor. El servicio es excelente, todo el equipo nos apoyó en lo que necesitábamos. Rafaella y Marco gentilmente resolvieron nuestras dudas. Su opcion de desayuno es excelente, si les gusta lo fresco, sano y natural. El metro está justo frente a el hotel y las camas son cómodas. Staff were great and very helpful. The area a bit further away from dining/shops than expected but we easily got public transport. Only downside for me was facilities. Air con was poor with it being so hot outside we didn’t sleep well at all. Also kettle tea/coffee and water was in a seperate room a treck away from our hotel room. Would have been nice to have those in our room!

Great vibe- newly renovated, very clean and friendly staff. Only nitpick was that finding the room was a challenge, the rooms/hallways/exits aren’t well marked and feel like a labyrinth, including MC Escher floors and rooms that start with a 2 that are on the 3rd floor.

We had a great stay at the Ruby Bea. It’s out of the city centre, but still walkable to all of the tourist attractions. Beautiful hotel and helpful staff.
