It was a modern hotel, recently refurbished with lovely staff. The room was spacious and clean. We were not a fan of the no in-room amenities approach. The galley options with free tea and coffee were fine but it was inconvenient and there was not much selection.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location- easy to get to from the airport and walkable to historical centre. The staff were exceptional- very freindly, welcoming and helpful. My only criticism would be the hotel's policies on providing toiletries and facilities in the room- I didnt find it convenient to: not have a fridge in the room; to have to go to a communal area to get tea and coffee; and only have things like slippers available to buy from a vending machine!

The staff was excellent and very helpful! Marcos, Anna, Carolina, Diego and Raffa were amazing! Thank you guys! The breakfast was unbeatable and sooo good, the room was different, beautiful and super clean. The location of the hotel is great, very near the train station, buses and dining options around. Definitely stay here again anytime we decide to visit Florence!

Nice stay, modern hotel, a little out of the way.

Enjoyed my stay here, the vibe is very cool but has that feel of being a little worn out and not quite as polished as it was. The rooms are very plain, and perhaps lack a bit of character with everything just being white. Ours didn’t really use the space all that well and was missing a sofa considering it was a “suite”. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of options from the continental buffet to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful and make some great mocktails! Good location, but a bit out of the way from all the tourist things going on in the city so be prepared for a 20min walk into the centre and back.

Best of budget hotels

Hotel is new and in a restored building very close to the tram stop (giving easy access to the station and the airport). I opted for a loft room which has a tiny terrace. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel has a galley on each floor so there are no in room coffee/tea facilities and no fridge (very much missed as I was buying up Italian cheeses!). The hotel is the very best version of a budget hotel. Low of frills but executes style and design extremely well.

My stay was great. My room was beautiful, the hand soap and body lotion was devine. My only issue was that i couldn't get subtitles in English on the TV and the breakfast needed more variety.
