Unfortunately we were automatically moved from the Sun House to a large Hotel a few blocks away. It completely changed the vibe of the trip for us. We were after a quaint, quiet location with its own kitchen and outdoor space. What we received was a bustling, loud, overfilled hotel lacking all the reasons why we chose the Sun House. More than disappointing.

Great place to stay and excellent host
The location of the property is amazing. Major attractions are in walking distance. It has parking spot which was a great relief for us. On top of that, the property was so peaceful and comfortable. The best part of our stay was the host. She was super nice and helpful. My wife was not feeling well in the morning and she allowed us to use her space until she gets better. She helped a lot while she was recovering. One of the best stay I have ever had.

Best hosts. They were very nice and the courtyard parking was a plus in the middle of town which is very hard to get parking in the middle of Florence. It was very convenient walk to the Galleria Dell’Accademia Di Firenze to see Statue of David and the popular sandwich shop All’Antico Vinaio. That was a fun trip. The apartment was the cutest and I loved the layout very much. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay. They allowed us to park on the property which was great. They also provided bicycles so we ever needed to drive while in Florence. My only complaint was the amount of mosquitos in the room. We killed 5 our first night and kept finding more.

We had such a beautiful stay at the Sun House. The host is really wonderful and so hospitable. Rooms were spacious, cleanly and very convenient. Very walkable to the main centre of the city. Overall, I am certain that I will be coming back to stay here when I return to Florence. Grazie.

This was our second stay. We stayed here on our honeymoon and the hosts are so amazing we had to stay again. The room was super clean and comfortable. Parking available on site. Did I mention the hosts are amazing! Super value and easy walk to the historic center. Love it!

Great location
We loved our stay at Sun House. Simona is very pleasant and helpful with everything from the communication to the check in process and even suggestions for our stay. The off street courtyard parking is a must if you arrive with your own vehicle! The rooms are clean, tidy and beds are very comfortable. Park and walk everwhere. Would highly recommend.

In one word it was Amazing! Our host was extremely friendly and gave us a map with very helpful information, the place is super clean, Modern and bed was so comfortable, AC was a plus, also bicycles available for free, very close to city center, quiet neighborhood… perfect place to visit Florence super highly recommended !!!! The Sun House is a very nice place to stay when you are in Florence. Clean, quiet, close walk to the center, great parking for your car. Very comfortable beds. I have stayed at the Sun House many times over the past few years and I highly recommend.

That was just perfect. Very welcoming staff, giving us good visiting advice. The room was really spacious and nice. Location was perfect to visit Florence without any transportation. There was a parking, and you can even borrow bikes for free.

Nice property for the price! I enjoyed that it was so close to the Arno River. All the main sites are about a twenty minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is that it had some scent of cigarette smoke.

Quite central, spacious, clean and quiet location. The room I was given was big enough. I was also able to park my car in the atrium area. You can also use the kitchen if you want. My only concern was the odor in the bathroom. It was quite strong and had to keep the bathroom door shut all the time.

Great Location with Onsite Parking
Located in a safe area in Florence - close enough to the city center that we were able to walk everywhere. Also included free onsite parking. Our room was quite comfortable & had a small outside area to enjoy a coffee. There's a communal kitchen, which was a life saver our first night, plus a larger terrace above the garage. We were able to take advantage of the available bicycles & found Florence very easy to explore on a bike.
