Lovely stay could not fault at all. Our room was huge with 2 very large beds (room 104) with plenty of room to move about. Bathroom also very good, great shower too. All the Staff were absolutely fantastic, very welcoming, extremely helpful. Special mention to Dina who made our stay extra special thank you. Fantastic location, walking distance to bus, train & tram depots. Tram goes straight to airport, very efficient, €1.70 per person. Breakfast was also very good. If we return to Florence we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was walking distance to pretty much everything that you want to do in Florence. We stayed 2 nights only as we were traveling throughout Europe and it was our first time in that city. What made our trip was Mr. Giovanny's excellent customer service. From our arrival to our departure, he provided all kinds of support. From giving us a map and telling us where to go visit to calling and making reservations for us at local restaurants. When we asked for directions, he would walk out of the hotel and show us to make sure we understood. His passion to provide excellent service was visible and genuine. His guidance really made our trip as we did not have any plans as what to do in Florence. I will definitely go back again and stay there.

Fantastic Hotel!
I traveled to Florence on a solo trip and this hotel was a great place to stay! The location was fantastic; very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, the Uffizi, Academia Galleria, Duomo, etc! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Best of all, the front desk staff, Nicola and Giovanni, were very kind, friendly, and helpful with recommendations/any questions I had. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Florence! Highly recommend!

This is a small boutique type hotel Wich is very conveniently located right in the heart of the city of Florence. The hotel was very clean and modern. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend and come back.
