The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet with a beautiful city view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is somewhat unusual in that the check-in was on the 5th floor of a building with several other businesses, and there is not a typical lobby with a bar or dining area. However, this was no problem for us. Espresso pods and a bottle of water were provided in the room. Air condition was able to be adjusted to our comfort level. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at Tornabuoni. Perfect location and amazing staff. You can literally walk anywhere, it is very conveniently located. We have a 7 month old baby and having a kitchen and living area was perfect for us. Views are astounding, we will definitely come back.

Great Stay and location!!

Great stay! Hotel was located in a great area, just above fine shopping such as Prada & Gucci! Many other high end brands nearby. But the room was great, large and accommodating (2 adults, 2 children). Staff were very friendly and helpful and made some great recommendations! Location to famous landmarks was great also, just 10-15 minute or less walks to many destinations including the duomo, museums, leather market and can't forget, the Fontana del Porcellino (aka Pig Statue, lol!) Absolutely would return and recommend to others!
