Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's.

Comfortable and clean not so great location
This was the second hotel we have stayed at in Florianopolis and the first in the old town having previously stayed near the Beira mar shopping center on the water front. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable however a little small with little more than 2 to 3 ft surrounding the bed. The staff were some of the most courteous and helpful we found during our time in Brasil. As a base for exploring the old town the hotel is close by, but we found very little options for evening meals and had to catch a taxi down to the waterfront to eat. Overall, if it is a one night stop over before the airport with a quick sightsee of the old town the afternoon before this is ideal but if you are staying longer I would recommend spending a little more on the accommodation and staying close to the Shopping center and restaurants as the area is much nicer and you won't spend a fortune on taxis.

Great Location
We're happy to stay there for three nights since it is very close to the bus station, shopping street and center. The buffet breakfast is very good. You can have a lot of options and fresh fruits. The staff are very nice but lack of information offering.

Há quase 2 meses quando contratei o serviço, imaginava que seria um quarto em um ambiente privativo, sossegado, lá no primeiro, segundo, terceiro andar, mas infelizmente não foi isso que aconteceu. Sem nenhum esclarecimento, nos colocaram em um quartinho suite praticamente ao lado da recepção, sem nenhuma privacidade além de muitos ruídos. No banheiro não tinha sequer um local para afixar toalhas de rosto ou de banho. Nao há ducha higiênica nem perto do vaso e nem dentro do boxe de banho. Confesso que não gostamos do local e não voltaria mais.

Experiência muito ruim. Fomos dormir cedo pelas 21 horas para acordar as 2 da manhã para ir ao aeroporto. Pelas 22 horas entrou uma pessoa no quarto cheio de malas. Disseram que nosso aptp estava vazio. Um enorme susto para quem já estava dormindom pedira. Desculpas alegando falha do sistema de reservas pela internet. Mas é um erro inaceitável.

Alguns quartos no 1o andar são muito ruidosos, outros muito apertados e sem um raio de luz solar sequer. É preciso cuidar de escolher o quarto se for trabalhar no hotel, pois alguns tem escrivaninha, mas não cabem uma cadeira se quer. Funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis.
