We arrived before check-in time. The front desk held our luggage for us so we could go explore the area which was nice. Had lots of issues with keys here. The room was decent. There were no blankets in the room just a thin sheet to sleep with. Elevators were slow. Wi-Fi wasn't great. Restaurants close by. The area was nice and felt safe. Breakfast was ok.

Nice hotel in great location
Room was amazing, cleaning service was very good too. My only complaint is about the gym, very small and all equipment out of order. Overall though my experience was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a "no frills" hotel but suited my needs. I wish the A/C would have worked better. The staff made the place, though. They were great, especially Fernando. The breakfast was very good.

Nossa estadia foi complexa, o quarto que reservamos não era o quarto a qual fomos colocados. O quarto tinha péssima condições, o piso no chão solto parecia que ia estourar nos nossos pés , secador funcionava apenas 30 segundos e se desligava, descarga do sanitário emperrava e ficava escorrendo água sem parar, loquei quarto amplo com cama de casal e paramos em um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro e bem apertado. Depois de solicitar mudança, nos alocaram no outro dia em um quarto melhor
