While the hotel benefits from a convenient location, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, and the level of cleanliness left much to be desired. Additionally, the property appears quite dated and would benefit from renovations to improve guest comfort.

Reforma geral

Hotel que necessita uma renovacao completa. Desde o telhado ate o banheiro . Recebi o quarto com vaso sanitario entupido e so foi arrumado no segundo dia . No ultimo dia nao tinha agua, precisei fazer minha higiene pessoal em outra reparticao longe do quarto e ate mesmo usar o vaso sanitario fora do quarto mais de um dia .

Péssima experiência.

Caros Viajantes, cuidado.. O Hotel não é bom. De início a recepção não é receptiva, existe uma moça estrangeira que nos atendeu, nenhuma simpatia e arrogante. Condições extremamente ruins, a cama estava com o edredom já utilizado, cobertas velhas e sujas, móveis muito velhos estrutura antiga e com cheiro de “mofo”. Ao pedir novos itens fui ignorado e fui muito mal tratado, não gostei. No hotel possui Wi-Fi, portanto não era possível utilizar, não funcionava. O café da manhã até que é bom e simples, portanto eles guardam os alimentos que sobram, o pão australiano estava com gosto de velho e algumas frutas já estragadas. A proprietária do hotel faz a sua refeição juntamente com os hóspedes onde fica chamando a atenção de seus funcionários por cochicho. Ao lado do hotel próximo à praia de Canasvieiras existe algumas pessoas realiza venda de drogas, o hotel poderia realizar uma inspeção com a policia local. Portanto alguns elogios a moça que realiza a arrumação dos quartos é excelente, a da recepção, Marina que é brasileira muito educada e receptiva com as pessoas, existe dois rapazes que foram muitos receptivos comigo também. O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente e uma nova estrutura para realizar a experiência conforme é Florianópolis e Canasvieiras. Minha terceira vez na ilha e este foi o pior hotel que fiquei em Florianópolis. Para não estragar minha viagem me conformei com o que estava vivendo mas não justifica o investimento que fiz para ficar nele, horrível.

Um hotel simples, porém fantástico! O café da manhã é excelente, embora seja sempre as mesmas opções durante a semana inteira. Tem muitas opções de proteína, carboidrato e frutas.

Feriado na praia de Canasvieiras - SC.

Muito bem atendido pelos funcionários. O estabelecimento é um pouco antigo, mas parece que estão atualizando as instalações. Ótima localização, a beira mar e próximo de todas as facilidades da praia, como restaurantes, lojas e mercados.

Perto de tudo!

O Hotel é antigo, mas é aconchegante, e a localização espetacular. Acesso direto a praia, um jardim delicioso, perto de tudo. É a segunda vez que me hospedo nele. Ah e o café da manhã é muito gostoso. Vale o custo benefício.

Nossa estadia no hotel Canasvieiras

Nós praticamente apenas pernoitamos na hotel, pois chegamos 23 horas e saímos 10 da manhã do outro dia. Pudemos observar que é um hotel bem antigo, mas muito bem localizado, pé na areia. Café da manhã bem básico, mas gostoso. O nosso quarto era bem pequeno, mas como era só para passar uma noite tudo certo. Estacionamento no hotel.

Não se hospedar nesse hotel

Havia uma calcinha no móvel qdo entrei no meu quarto após o check-in Ainda assim, se recusaram a me trocar de quarto após o ocorrido. Adicionalmente as fotos estão muito, mas muito longe da realidade. Parece que há um quarto reformado enquanto que os demais estão muito aquém.
