The staff was great and very polite. Also, the breakfast was great, everything was clean, and the area was easy to park. It could have better Wi-Fi services inside the bedroom.

Great place if you wanna enjoy Joaquina Beach on a sunny day. It’s quiet and literally a few steps from the best beach in Florianopolis. It’s also easy to get an Uber back to Lagoa da Conceição where there’s more options of dining, entertainment and nightlife.

The hotel room was dirty,small, the window was broken witch wasn’t safe at all. I refuse to sleep in those beds. I ask for another room the receptionist was rude also didn’t speak Portuguese he is from Argentina shouldn’t work at front desk. I finally ended up paying more for another room. the breakfast was horrible, everything was ready too expire, dirty dishes, employees was super rude. I did not recommend for anyone.

The location is great and so are the employees. Very friendly and pleasant staff however the hotel rooms are in need of a make over or urgent upgrade. Also the breakfast can be better such as adding more selection to it.Can’t still understand how come eggs, bacon or sausages were never a choice during the breakfast. I love the location but would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel comfort is terrible for the charged rate. The mattress is horrible. The A/C system is outdated and covers only the bedroom. The remaining area (with two extra-beds) do not have any A/C. The Wi-Fi does not work inside the bedroom. The breakfast is good, but the food is exposed to the flies and other insects.

Recepcionistas simpaticos. No quarto notei algumas questoes principalmente de limpeza, precisa melhorar a limpeza, o ventilador do teto estava cheio de pó, nem ligamos para nao espalhar no ar. Atras da cama cheio de sujeira e pó. Ar condicionado que faz muito barulho. O banheiro com teto com buracos, o chuveiro achei terrivel pois nao sai agua no meio, somente nas laterais. Café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções. Por ultimo, diz que a piscina é ate as 22h mas quando fomos as 20h nao tinha ninguém lá e estava tudo escuro, nao encontramos local com iluminação. Precisa ser um local mais aconchegante pois quando voltamos da praia podemos ficar la mas com a escuridão nao deu. Em resumo, gostamos apenas da localização. Mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito.

O hotel tem pontos a corrigir e melhorar
Os pontos positivos do hotel são a prestatividade dos funcionários da recepção e a sua proximidade em relação à praia da Joaquina. Particularmente não me agradou a região da praia da Joaquina (onde está localizado o hotel), pois é muito isolada, não tem o que se fazer à noite, e só existe uma única rua para caminhar, que interliga a praia ao restante da cidade, e nela não há quase nenhum comércio. Pode-se imaginar o trânsito de veículos no local, o que torna desagradável sair para lugares mais movimentados.. Em relação à estrutura do hotel, ratifico a avaliação de outros hóspedes. É um hotel muito simples e antigo, com problemas simples de se resolver mas que são negligenciados, o que acaba por gerar uma sensação de se estar pagando na estadia muito mais do que realmente vale. A internet não é ruim, ela não funciona mesmo. Tive que usar dados móveis do meu celular durante todos os dias que estive no hotel, numa região em que a cobertura é ruim. Li uma avaliação de meses atrás de alguém reclamando de uma torneira vazando. Pois não consertaram até hoje, pois a do meu quarto (104) vazava água o tempo inteiro. A televisão do meu quarto era antiga e não tinha tecnologia smart. Tive que comprar um cabo HDMI pra poder assistir a alguma coisa decente. Eu não reclamaria disso se estivesse pagando um valor módico na estadia. O café da manhã é simples, mas ok. Poderia ser melhor, mas tudo bem.

Então o atendimento é pessimo o ar condicionado eles falarão que ia arrumar ficamos 7 dias e não arrumou. O telefone não funcionava pra ligar na recepção a limpeza não é boa, as fotos na internet do hotel é uma coisa pessoalmente totalmente diferente o chuveiro do banheiro não é sempre que funciona água quente todo enferrujado as cobertas do hotel não esta em boas condições
