os funcionarios sao muito bons e educados, porem o hotel nao oferece limpeza diaria nos quartos, em toda a minha estada o quarto nunca foi limpo pois fiquei lá 3 dias e a limpeza se da a cada 3 dias somente. O hotel tem uma piscina aquecida super bonita e agradavel porem alguns hospedes levam bebidas alcoolicas e comida para a piscina (apesar dos cartazes dizendo que não é permitido), o que é desagradavel para os outros hospedes pois suja a agua e tem hospedes embriagados. Especialmente desagradavel se vc esta com crianças.

Not really a hotel, more like a bed and breakfast

Nice location, convenient, however, rooms are very small and bathrooms need remodeling. It feels more like a bed and breakfast, but only larger (100+ rooms)

Florianopolis stay

Three of us stayed in the room, a double and a single bed. Service by the staff was very good. Room was very good for the price, could have had flannels and shampoo provided. Hotel was in a very good area, close to restaurants.

Bom custo benefício, voltaria!

No geral valeu a pena, limpeza adequada levando em consideração ser alta temporada e as camareiras ter pouco tempo pra limpar. Checkin bem demorado, lotação do hotel máxima, Vi gente 17hs na fila do checkin ainda. Café da manhã simples, mas boa qualidade e suco bem gostoso, sem gosto de cloro como ja aconteceu em outro hotel da região. Único ponto desagradável foi a parede do quarto que ficamos, n35, vibração intensa por causa dos motores do ar condicionado ficarem todos na mesma parede, não foi possível trocar de quarto por causa da lotação máxima, tivemos que arrastar a cama pra outro ponto do quarto pra tentar dormir, chegava tremer a parede e vibrar janela. Falando nisso, o ar condicionado do bloco que fiquei são todos novos. Localização boa, perto do trapiche, mas um pouco afastado do centro comercial, mas nada que atrapalhe. Estacionamento pago a parte, R$40,00. Eu consegui deixar na rua num local seguro mais próximo da praia, achei o estacionamento particular muito socado, achei mais seguro deixar na rua kkk. Funcionários com uma educação extrema, quarto confortável exceto o problema que citei. Eu voltaria, só ia tentar ficar em outro bloco do hotel pra não passar o pequeno transtorno de novo. Recomendo.

Recomendo, piscina aquecida maravilhosa.

Ja fui muitas vezes no hotel, vou sempre por conta da piscina aquecida. O atendimento é muito bom. Lmpeza precisa melhorar, toda vez que vou tem algo na limpeza, dessa vez os cobertores estavam bem fedidos, ou seja nao foram higienizados,mas, fui até a recepção onde me deram outros cobertores limpos e cheirosos.

Boa localização

Bom hotel, mas liberaram o quarto com pouco mais de 30min de atraso no check-in. Café da manhã internet intermediário. Estacionamento conveniado deles é R$40,00 a diária, quem tem seguro vale mais a pena deixar na rua mesmo. Quarto limpo e confortável! Ótima localização!
