O hotel é regular. Toalhas ruins, não oferecem água no quarto e cobram DOZE reais por uma garrafinha. O estacionamento caro (45,00) e não dispõe de carregador elétrico . Café da manhã é bem bom e excelente atendimento . O check in foi demorado .pelo valor da diária há hotéis melhores em Florianópolis

I could not help but notice the lobby staff were not nearly as friendly as all other hotels in Brazil. All other hotels in Brazil sent a little cupcake of some kind for a birthday occurring during your stay. Not here tho . Otherwise it’s ok
