Awesome beach - hotel needs a lot of work
We arrived and the room was filthy - dirty dishes in the sink and broken glass on the floors. After several attempts to get the room cleaned, and having to threaten to leave, they finally cleaned the room. Once. They never came beck to clean the rest of the trip. However, the owner is super nice, the property needs a lot of work. The beach is gorgeous in this area and perfect for walking. On our last day they started digging up random areas of the property & large construction trucks were all over. It was super noisy and no one warned us at all. Unfortunately we were working remote and this was super distracting!!

Excelente custo benefício.
A estada foi maravilhosa. Quarto excelente e bastante funcional. Parece que estamos em uma casa muito grande. Acolhimento excelente. Apenas achei que o restaurante deixou a desejar no primeiro dia. Não estavam preparados para o nosso grande grupo de 12 pessoas. Mas a comida, quando chegou, estava ótima. A localização do Flat é excelente. Em frente à praia e circundado por muitas opções de excelentes restaurantes. Se voltar a Floripa, com certeza me hospedaria no Flat Pietra.
