The rooms were nice and it was clean.

I had a pleasant time during my stay. The host was very quick to reply and help if needed. My only thing is that our room did not look like the pictures. The beach in the photos I felt was nowhere to be found. I think it may be pictures from the beach at the hotel next door. Otherwise everything went great. I really have no complaints other than the fact that I felt a little cat fished but everything was still so beautiful! The location was great you were right in the middle of old San Juan and new San juan

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The valet staff were quick and friendly. The room was clean daily by housekeeping. No water issues at the hotel. The pool and hot tub are very clean and beautiful. The bar is impressive and food is pretty good. 10/10 coming back.
