It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)

The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn

Great hospitality and everything else, 5 star

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of fresh, tasty home cooked food and plenty of options, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location in the hart of Baščaršija was perfect for exploring Sarajevo. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Me and my husband went to stay the night and had the most loveliest time at the hotel. The room was clean and we had stunning view. They kindly upgraded us to deluxe room. The staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel and we wish we stayed for longer.

The location is not good for tourise. Quite far from the old town. Plus the hotel is bit old.

Excellent service and great location!

The hotel was very good. The rooms were spacious, and it was great that the windows could be opened. The staff were outstanding, from reception through to housekeeping.There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The property is located about five miles from the Old Town, and the gym could have been cleaner.
