Hotel needs update. Poor ac system and place smell on cigarettes and poor cleaning of the room.

This is a good hotel. It's located in a nice location. It's on a small hill right above Old Town Sarajevo, making it a pleasant and easy walk down to many restaurants and interesting places. My room was fine. Clean and comfortable, but small. I really liked the soaps and shower products in the bathroom. They smelled incredible. My only real complaint is that a sensor of some kind was constantly blinking on the ceiling above my bed. It wasn't indicating trouble, it just blinked with a small bright flash every few seconds. It was annoying and it's hard to believe that anyone would install such a thing in a bedroom. Overall, this was a decent hotel.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It is excellent, with Baščaršija, restaurants, cafés and most of the main sights all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or other meals, and there is also a café just outside the hotel. The main thing to be aware of is that there is no lift. We were staying on the top floor, so there were quite a lot of stairs to climb up and down every day. This could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Breakfast is very basic, but it is just about enough to get you going in the morning. I do wish they started serving it a little earlier, especially for guests leaving early on full-day tours. Despite these small drawbacks, I would still give the hotel 5 stars. The location is hard to beat, the hotel worked very well for our stay, and having so much within walking distance made exploring Sarajevo extremely easy.

Lovely apart hotel, it’s a bit further out but you can catch buses easily

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, simple breakfast. Super comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Only thing to note is the seriously steep road leading up to the hotel. Definitely recommend.
