The lobby, and restaurant area look pretty good. But the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Air conditioning not working properly all the time, you have to bang the door to the room to close it and open it, no coffee/tea amenities in room, no iron, no robe, no slippers. No bellhop to help with luggage. I have fallen on the front steps of the hotel twice because the steps didn’t have enough light and floor markers. No one came to help me even though I’m sure I was visible to the desk staff through the glass doors.

We arrived at Skyfall suites and were immediately impressed. From the start to the finish. The service was top notch, we even did a spa day and had the best massages/facials. The view was so beautiful and I would highly recommend this resort! Thank you sky fall for making our honeymoon magical!

Lovely views, great location, and beautiful architecture

You will not regret choosing this boutique hotel. We had a double room with our two teenagers. Great air conditioning in all areas and very comfortable beds. Friendly staff all around. The free breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had in Europe. The hotel vans were convenient when leaving the hotel but I recommend grabbing local taxis to return from Fira and Oia as we had a couple miscommunications on the local pick ups. Overall 5 star hotel with no hesitation from all members of my family!

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!
