A Great Place

It was an okay stay. My biggest complaint was payment. It was set up as pay at check in but they tried charging it overnight and then when I called and gave them the card number to charge they tried charging a different card again. Finally when I called back they charged correctly. Then the kept retrying the charge again. They called at 11 and told us our reservation was about to be cancelled due to nonpayment even though they already had the payment and charged more fees at check in. We stayed for a sports tournament and they were very unprepared for the crowds. They ran out of a lot of regular syrup, the breakfast sausage and apple juice. The food was ok but mostly just frozen food that seemed like it was heated in a microwave. Staff wasn’t super friendly. They also don’t have vending machines so if you want something you have to go down to the “market” to get it and check out with the front desk that doesn’t have anyone manning it. You have to call to get someone there.

Nice hotel

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was so nice all were very friendly. Cobblestone hotel and suites was so close to where we needed to be. Already planning my next trip. Comfortable bed and the breakfast was nice too.

This was an excellent hotel. This is where I plan to stay each time I’m in Foley. It was directly next to the OWA waterpark. It was also close proximity to Gulf Shores and other restaurants. My kids and my husband loved this hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff was so kind and accommodating! My AC wouldn’t stay on consistently throughout the night but that’s fine with me since I hate getting out of bed to adjust when I get too cold. Will definitely be visiting again when I travel!
