The staff are friendly and kind. The facility is not as clean as I would expect of a newly opened hotel. The dust is already building up on the carpet and the elevator floor was filthy. The beds are comfortable. The carpet in front of the air conditioner was soaked but the staff addressed it immediately plus provided a room refresh. Two of the three containers in the shower did not work but again the staff addressed it immediately.

Overall disappointment

Checked us in to a room that already had guests. The next room we got always felt damp/humid. The elevator dropped a full foot when entering it. Last experience was mold on the bagel I selected from the breakfast selection.

When we arrived it took forever.. the workers were all talking among themselves. Literally we were just standing there while they had pointless convos.Then the lady whom I guess was in training took 10 mins to get us finally checked in, which I don’t mind I get it she’s new but the trainer was terrible at it. We finally get a room key and go up to the room and it’s dirty and been used. So we go back down and tell them and when we did we get told “your kidding foreal?” Like really? So then as we told the lady we were in a hurry to get to our room to get ready for a concert and meet friends she tells us our friends better hold their horses… after she always told us for no reason at all ugh imma have to get used to these general managers here. They just fired mine yesterday for no reason” first off.. why did she feel the need to tell us that? Two that is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard. This hotel is brand new and it absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. We ended up driving home after the concert instead of staying because it was just that bad.

The staff at check in was not helpful. Person was more worried about being outside on the phone. I opted in for the room to be cleaned me it never happened. We were there for 4 days. When I asked about the room being cleaned I was told by someone else that they only clean after 3 days. Still never happened. I had to constantly request towels but there was not an option for someone to dispose of the dirty towels
