New hotel only been open a few weeks. Rooms were clean. Still some kinks to work out. Breakfast was good but needs more staff to keep up with demand always out of breakfast items. Overall would stay again.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The price may be affordable but the service and cleanliness was terrible. Don’t recommend booking through hotels.com or any third party service because they do not guarantee your booking. No accountability taken and no remorse shown at all by any of the staff. We had shown up at 4 pm on the Sunday before Memorial Day to the room not being ready because two housekeepers had called in. I told the front desk person I could come back later but wanted to make sure it showed my reservation. She said, yes of course. We come back at 10 pm and they said the room still wasn’t ready and tried to give me a room that wouldn’t accommodate my family of six. I told her we could wait and we did but come to find out the room had been given to someone else because she said it’s first come first served and they don’t show what type of room it is through third party bookings. This would’ve been helpful to know when I had first shown up at 4 pm! So we ended up taking the only room they had and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed at all. We had no other choice either with it being Memorial Day weekend. We were so glad we didn’t have to stay there longer than one night. I thought it would be a nice stay with it being new but don’t recommend, especially with the rudeness of the front desk associate.

Pretty aggravated and disappointed honestly. Started off bad right from check in. The girl at the desk obviously didn't have a clue what she was doing. We had already pre-paid  for the room through expedia, but she asked for a CC for incidentals and come to find out she charged our CC TWICE for the room that was already paid for and 3 $50.00 incidental charges, and it took us almost 45 mins just to check in. Right at $950.00 charged to our CC for a room we already paid for, that we will now have to wait to be refunded for. This CC was what we were using to pay for other parts of our vacation, and now don't have access to the funds. We've tried for hours to talk to the manager multiple times and keep getting excuses why he cant speak to us. Last time we were told he was in a meeting, but told the attendant to tell us the charges would drop off after we check out. Its now obvious the manager here doesn't care at all. Pretty sad as they have really put us in a bad jam and don't seem to care one bit. Alot of trash in the hallways and every garbage can inside and outside were overflowing. Went to breakfast, and they honestly didn't have many options and again trash everywhere. They were out of everything. No bread, no waffle batter,  no eggs, no meat, no juice, no coffee cups.. etc. The rooms were very nice, but that's about it. For a new motel, the whole experience was a nightmare and pretty disappointing. Definitely not worth the $200 a night we paid. Never again!

The visit was nice but this is a very new hotel and staff and they just need more training and experience. They ran out of breakfast items a lot including drinks. They weren’t stocked up on quarters for the laundry room…but they were very friendly.
