Easy overnight stay

Overnight stay prior to early shuttle departure. Bed very comfy. Shower good. Absolutely no complaints they even gave us a take away breakfast as we were leaving before the restaurant opened. Very friendly helpful staff

Good value hotel

Friendly staff, evening meal was sufficient and quickly produced, breakfast was very good. Great hotel for catching the Le Shuttle, 2 minutes drive.

Border police sirens going off all through the night - triggered by people walk past direction cameras from the abandoned, smashed up neighbouring property. This kept me awake all night.

Very nice hotel. The room was very quiet and well appointed. We were going through the channel tunnel early the next morning and the hotel is really close to the terminal. Excellent!

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay before the shuttle. Breakfast was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Bed was a bit small, but we managed. Being next to the motorway noise was expected but I’m sure they could insulate the windows more.

Overnight for Tunnel

Quick overnight stay before morning crossing to France in tunnel. Clean and comfortable. Good bed and bathroom clean. Unusual toiletry scents - Parsley stem and purple Kale? Breakfast was standard buffet and OK. Not too busy at 8am when we visited.

Holiday express folkestone

004 is a ground floor Accessability room and in January in minus temperatures we found the air temp rather cold, however the duvet and bed were warm and comfortable. We have stayed before on upper floors the no issues. Staff were very helpful

All ok had the breaded mushrooms, huge bowl of them ,only a tiny pot of garlic mayonnaise, would of been much better with a tiny garnish ,less mushrooms and more mayonnaise. Then when i was using the hairdryer it litterally blew up in my hand bright flash of electricity, smoke and room plunged into darkness.
