Overall and by far one of the best kept secrets in Fond du Lac for the room to stay in. Comfortable and very clean. "Continental breakfast" and having hot coffee ready in the lobby is questionable compared to others - but they provide a coffee maker in the room with a small fridge and microwave.

The hot tub was very old and barely working. Then I forgot my phone charger that was plugged in by the end table next to the side of the bed in the room. I called the hotel back as soon as I got home, but sadly it magically disappeared after they cleaned it and was never turned in to the front desk.

I think it was a little inconsiderate to have a check in time of 3:00pm and not have my room cleaned and ready until 4:00pm. I had an event to go to that evening after attending a graduation ceremony earlier in the day and needed to be able to get into the room to get ready once I got back. The 3:00pm check in was perfect for that reason and it was incredibly disappointing to not get to access my room and have to get ready in a friends room and crowd her space. There should not be a check-in time of 3pm if that is not going to be honored.

Pretty good stay. The room was nice the tub was nice. The only thing I didn’t care for were the side doors. You can go out but can not re enter through them and have to go through the lobby. Our room was at the end so the end doors entrance would have been optimal
