We have stayed several times at this location. The restaurant is convient, a good value and the staff often stays late to accommodate later diners. Front desk staff are helpful and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and we do not often hear other guests. We apprentice the hospitality.

Unfortunately, the room was not ready at 3pm when trying to check in, was asked to come back in a half hour. Still wasn’t ready at 4. The entire cleaning crew called off, except for 2. Can’t blame anyone except this new generation of kids for not caring about their job. They really need to be more educated especially taught by their parents that hand them whatever they want and to take pride in themselves for working and showing up to work.

on the morning after we arrived we found ants in the bedroom and replied to the company TXT as we were at a show and never got a reply at all from the hotel. Sprayed the room ourselves as there were limited options elsewhere to stay due to the show. the hotel onsite was terrible, service shocking to say the least. very disappointed
