The gentleman in the lobby was super nice and helpful

Lobby was beautiful but lacking a comfortable temp. They run AC at a minimum but leave front door open to outside. The hallways have no ac and the room they gave me was an air conditioned room but it did not work. They did move me to a bigger, nicer room with working ac but I had to pay an additional 20 euro per night.

Great hotel and staff

Clean Room great location

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I used the courtesy laundry room which was easy once I figured out the app. The pool was relaxing. It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently near the train station, and there are a couple of pizza joints within walking distance.

Airport shuttle was so handy. Nice, clean room.

Overall good experience. Very friendly staff. Quiet location. Shopping mall in 2 minutes walk.
