Excellent hotel. However the staff had taken my credit card at check in. Then after a few minutes asked for a card to secure the stay. Not sure I didn’t remember they already had a card I gave them another. Thought I had lost the other when I went to pay at a local restaurant. Later they called my room and said they “found” my card. A mix up for sure but am grateful for them returning it. Other than that? I recommend this hotel!

Upon arrival at the property I was not greeted by the front desk personnel. The front desk employee tinkered with the computer while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for check in. Also my AMEX Platinum and Visa cards were declined even though it had sufficient funds. Luckily another Visa card worked. Not a good first impression of the property upon check in. The hotel room floor looked dirty with shoe marks. This will be the first and last time I stay here.

We experienced a very disappointing situation. A month ago, we made a reservation for two queen beds to accommodate our party of four, as a sofa bed was not a suitable option for us. Even though we completed an online check-in the day before arrival, our room was changed to one bed and a sofa bed without any prior notification or explanation. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

My biggest complaint about this hotel was that the bedding was very uncomfortable. The blanket over was very rough and the sheets were old rough. I couldn’t get a good night sleep.
