I was in town for my father‘s services… The hotel staff did an excellent job in making sure that we were taken care of… I would like to shout out about the front desk, clerk Miss Ashley, she was very understanding and made our stay very comfortable and our needs were taken care of.. she is deserving of a five star rating for service provided. I will probably be in need of additional time to attend to affairs and will definitely be using Holiday Inn for city as my home while in town.. again thank you for providing an excellent experience during my troubled times… Sincerely David Pies…

Clean, Comfortable and Friendly Staff

Myself and a friend were in town for a race down the road at the equestrian center. The hotel parking lot was clean and there were many options for parking. The inside was clean, staff friendly to check in. Room was clean, bathroom stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT! I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up needing a late check out and the staff were able to accommodate without issue. I will plan to stay again in the future for races in the area.

Consistent with Holiday Inn Express

Note: I can’t rate the breakfast, workout room, nor any of the other amenities as I came, stayed the night and left the next morning. It could have been cleaner. Spacious room. Consistent with other Holiday Inn Express rooms. However: the guest next door kept their TV blaring all night, and some folks were sitting in the parking lot watching videos and smoking cigarettes in their car. Odd behavior.

Walked into room that smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Immediately noticed air conditioner was not on and temperature was nearly 80. Unit would not turn on. Went to front desk to ask for another room and was placed in a king suite with a pull out and I specifically needed 2 beds. Traveling companion had to sleep on the pull out. New room smelled better and was cooler but everything in the room became damp including our clothes, pillows, and bedding.
