Forest of the Spring Vacation Packages

The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was very clean. I would just say maybe a little small but overall the price is t bad so it’s understandable. It’s also at the heart of literally everything. I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely come here again.

Very convenient nice clean great rooms. Close to everything a few steps to center. If you want to enjoy your visit to guadalajara this hotel is a good choice.

Hotel 5 star

Excellent staff, very helpful! Very clean! Location is not the best, it is in not the safest area. Breakfast buffet was not great, needs more options. Bed was hard and lighting in the room was horrible. There are no place to get ready. Lights were so dim you cant really see much.

Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund
