I stayed more days than I should have. The more we stayed the more issues. The wifi did not work. It was very spotty. Wifi didn't work at all on the rooftop. We had to leave because the wifi was unbearable. I had to work and staying there made it impossible. Service is so-so. I found it strange that they didn't offer to help with bags and they weren't friendly at all. They rarely greeted us when we passed by. It's mostly for people who don't stay at the hotel during the day and go on day trips. Pool is small and the water is cold. I get the impression that the staff isn't really happy there or are just bored. The hotel is "fine" but more convenient that it's across from the port.

The location is terrible in terms of noise. The staff were rude and wouldn’t help us carry our luggage. There were barely blankets for sleeping. The location is right next to a nightclub and the noise is very bad all night, and guests arrive at 3-5am drunk making terrible noise. They don’t even provide you with towels for their “pool”. This should never be a 3-4 star hotel. Maybe a 2-star hotel. The price was very misleading. We wanted to leave after the first night.

The air-conditioning did not work, the bathroom fixtures were falling out of the wall, the door lock fell off the door, the bathroom had moldy tile. Indoor swimming pool was poorly maintained and definitely not worth the money paid. Staff moved us to a room almost half the size with no storage space and room only for one with a smaller bed. I will contact Expedia for some refund as we definitely got a single small room instead of a king size bed and ample room space with Air conditioning and amenities promised. Thank you. Hotel carolina
Hotel is right on the edge of the marina, brilliant views of the bay and right in the heart of the restaurant and shops. Downside is I can be noisy late at night. Hotel staff were very friendly but the hotel did lack a bit of atmosphere and the communal area could do with modernising. No WiFi in the rooms is a bit old fashioned. The indoor pool is a non event but the outdoor plunge pool on the terrace was a god send. In all nice hotel fantastic view, great location, acceptable facilities, just be aware it can be noisy.

Nice hotel in good location.
A pleasant hotel with lovely views across the harbour. A small public beach opposite the hotel was handy to use for an hour or so. Bigger public and paying beaches( with beds and umbrellas) a short 10 minutes walk away. Right next to a good selection of bars and restaurants and easy walk into the main town. A small splash pool and sunbeds on the roof of the hotel gave stunning views of the town and beaches.Regular buses nearby to all attractions on the island. Beautiful sunsets each evening.

Nice enough place to stay
Nice, clean hotel but wouldn't say it was 4 star. Probably more like a 3 star. There was no wifi in the bedrooms, tv channels were limited and checkout was 10am!! Still a decent place, just managing expectations. That said, the staff are nice, it is air conditioned and the roof top pool is nice overlooking the sea.

Great value friendly hotel
We struck lucky with this hotel. Right next to the harbour with easy walks to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, and we had a room with a view over the harbour and with the pool/deck just a few steps away. Breakfast is served in the hotel, but lunch/dinner are served at a restaurant about 20m away - worked out fine.

Amazing Location
All staff were amazing. Room was compact but had a little balcony to sit out on with the most amazing views so was very worth it. All staff were friendly and helpful. Food we had was lovely. Location is stunning. Views, restaurants, town centre, transport links all within 1 min walk. Beds a little hard. great for 3 or 4 nights but a little hard after that. Would recommend this hotel.

Awesome Location and Staff
This was the fourth stop on our three week Italian vacation. It's amazingly easy to get to as it is an extremely short walk from the wharf. The staff was very accommodating, and was eager to give recommendations for restaurants and activities on the island.The city center was also a convenient walk from the hotel. They also offer a very nice breakfast buffet, and the rooftop pool is pretty cool with great views of the harbor and town. One downside was that the wifi was only located in the lobby, nothing in the rooms.

Lovely and comfy
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was nice and room was basic but lovely. (Hotels.com description of rooms are mixed up and classic rooms don't have balconys or slipper and dressing gowns) Bed comfortable although firm (but not too firm), shower was fabulous. Shower curtain a bit rubbish but the power shower was so lovely you don't care! Sea view very very worth it. Pool is a plunge pool, not for swimming but a lovely surrounding, does get busy some days and empty others, luck of the draw! Ideal location so close to everything. Would stay here again.
