Upon check-in, we have the kindest conversation with the gentleman behind the desk. Who would’ve ever guessed, but it turns out we were all from the state of Michigan and he actually went to high school with my friends sister! Which was only unveiled because he was such a friendly person welcoming us to his now home town of Forks, Washington.

Actual room condition is much better than website picture. Building is a bit odd, like big garage, and entrance/stairs is not fancy. However, the bed, bathroom, and overall room facility and condition are very good.

Our room was clean and decent-sized. It appeared to have been recently painted. It is right across the street from the only grocery store in town. Staff was pleasant and helpful. AC worked well. Minuses: Beds were full sized, hot water could have been five degrees warmer, and you had to go to the lobby for ice. Regardless, this was a convenient and comfortable place to stay while exploring the area.

Motel in Forks

Stayed here for one night. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The room was clean, bed comfortable and came with all the supplies to met our needs. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good location for visiting National Park. Good value for price. Not a luxury motel but a nice old type of motel. Enjoyed our stay and was happy with our time there.

Properties in Forks WA are all overpriced due to simple supply and demand. There just aren't enough places to stay so properties can raise their prices significantly in the summer. Since I stayed here mid July I knew going in that the room would not be "worth" the money. So with that context I would say the room itself was fine. I stayed in one of the units with a kitchenette. The AC worked well, only downside is one bathroom and it's downstairs in the corner. The place is clean and the staff was friendly. Super convenient location, hence the rental prices. I prefer camping in the area if possible but this was a nice alternative since I waited too long to book a campsite and they run out.

Everything was smooth and easy. We had the extra large double room and it was great. There was a desk and plenty of space for our family of 4. The room was very clean and the towels were soft- not the stiff hotel type. It is right across the street from the grocery and a gift shop. A great jumping off point for Olympic NP.
