Loved the location of the hotel, down a quiet alleyway. The staff was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, calling for car service, etc. Great communication on the Expedia app. Love Sandra!

Great hotel and great location

Basically I checked out on the same day of the check-in as I couldn't handle the smell in the hotel. There is no lobby downstairs and the seating areas in each floor was very dull and don't have windows in them. I am astonished that this hotel is 5 stars and this should not be the case. The lift is so small and everything was just not right. The street was very dirty and the entrance is barely suitable to be an entrance for a massage place and not a good one even if. Bad experience and I lost my money as well but couldn't stay for a single night there and funny enough I was charged for a bottle of water after I checked out with no refund at all. Unbelievably bad. I asked about the smell and actually even the staff could not explain it. One of the rooms did not have a shower at all so they expected me to take a jacuzzi instead. The other room did have a very small shower and I mean very small. There are steps everywhere so don't walk if you are half sleep or in a rush, For this amount of money you would expect better so it will be easy to search for another hotel for even less money and better services. Never again in this hotel.

Tout était très propre et bien entretenu, le personnel était courtois. le bar déjeuner était très bon. Il manque seulement un stationnement pour que cet hôtel soit parfait.

Paolo and Alvis were especially helpful at check in and check out. But every single person at the reception is fantastic, it’s 24 hours you hand in your key they take care of it until you’re back whenever you want to come. Housekeeping was great and the room was incredibly clean. The area is quiet: mostly student and residential and is a 10 min walk from the metro station Bologna which connects you to Roma Termini (central station) in case you want to do day trip away from Rome, the Colosseum and many more main attractions is on the same direct line. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around, and good night time vibe. Recommend visiting the museum that is just down the street from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was simple and tasty, coffee drinks were amazing and the staff is so lovely in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

The interior fit out being a former 16th palazzo was absolutely beautiful and amazing and made us feel very special. The location was fantastic but also came with a lot of noise.
