All the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice big TV also! Shower had great water pressure! I would definitely recommend. Walmart is less than a mile away where we had to get a new tire. Thankful for a nice safe place to be stranded on our way back to Oklahoma.

They changed my room that did not accommodate three people. They brought in a roll away bed but didn’t leave space for my spouse to get out of the bed. I went into shower and found a clump of hair on handrail. I wrapped it in a hand towel and ask front desk to address with housekeeping.

Expedia doesn’t provide enough characters to give a detailed list of issues with my stay. But here’s just a couple: 1) the room wasn’t ready. I entered the assigned room to find the pillows on the table and chair, bed missing the duvet, bathroom still dirty with rubber tub mat on the sink and feminine products in the trash, and no towels. 2) I was desperate for sleep and they put in a room across from a ball team that made more noise than a construction site and drag race combined. Blasting rap music and slamming doors for hrs & hrs. Ghetto fatigue is taking its toll. 3) Arrogance of the receptionist, Rani and Rhonda. Gene was their only saving grace when it came to compassion and understanding. I could go on and list many many more but it’s pointless. The facility seems clean and nice but don’t expect to get any sleep. The door closers on the rooms are set in a way that they all slam and that’s all you’ll hear until the wee hours of the morning. Beds are nice and TV is huge, but it doesn’t make up for thin walls and road noise. For the kind of money they’re charging, I’m 100% sure you can find better accommodations nearby. Two thumbs down on this establishment and their clientele.
