This is the nastiest place we have ever stayed. Made reservation and paid with Hotel.com. got to motel and was charged again and had to go offive to complain. Came back next week and they did it again! Bugs dirty dusty sheets and the bathtub was disguating with black mold and rust. Oh and toilet didn't flush either...stay away!

The room that was given to us has a smell I ask for non-smoking. When I first came in I feel that it’s not fully clean, Then the sheets is in really bad shape, the brown top sheet has a hole from cigarette and burnt. I decided to informed the management via text message. They told me they can upgrade for $5.00. Which I readily agreed and transfer us to a real non-smoking room. It looks cleaner than the first room.

The sheets were scratchy, water pressure was awful, sink sprayed everywhere. Shower just as bad. Paint chops falling off of ceiling and the toilet is supper low to floor. It was a last minute stop on a road trip, but never again.

I got to the property, the guy at the desk wasn’t there it took him 15 minutes to get there, when I asked about a first floor room he told me I could apply for a refund, I went ahead and got a room, then I find out I’m stuck next to people with two screaming kids, the dad is yelling at the kids, they woke me up screaming at 12:20. It is now 4:48, The tv is blasting and I have to drive 12 hours today on 4 hours sleep, thank you, these people need to be on your do not book list, and you should give me a refund

We arrived after nine and I was the only one in the lobby checking in. The man who checked me in was rude and impatient as I looked for my driver’s license. I asked if he would need a card too since I was already digging in my purse and he leans over the counter to practically yell in my face “I need your DRIVER’S LICENSE ma’am! Your LICENSE!” Two seconds later he asked for my card for insurance purposes, of course. Awful guy. The room smelled of smoke so my husband went the second time to let the man know so we would not be charged for the obvious smell. He dismissed his concern and we were stuck with the smelly room. The worst was the bathroom. It was clean but smelled SO bad that it took our breath away. I’m not sure if it was pot or what but it was over powering and not cigarettes. Left the fan on all night in there and it still stunk. Beds were okay but pillows tiny and lumpy and dirty in one case. Most of room was clean though. No bugs.
